NGO Civitas per Populi was established in 2002 on the field of the Faculty of Architecture of the Brno University of Technology. In 2006 the seat of the organisation was moved to Hradec Králové. Civitas per Populi is a non-government organisation associating scientists, university teachers and students who are involved in questions of urban environment, spatial development and other sciences related to the planning in the public sphere and also to the public services in common.
